NEW TELEHEALTH – MARCH 2020

In the interest of patient safety through the COVID-19 crisis, all booked consults will now be via telehealth. 

This will be a telephone call. We are also rolling out the option for a video call.

During the consult the doctor will decide if you are required to come into the practice for further examination.

Your doctor will call you at the time of your appointment on the number you provide when booking.

 

Videocall

Video Calls

Your doctor will join you in a Video call via your mobile, tablet or desktop computer. 

If you have booked a video consult, click on the Start video call button below to enter the virtual waiting room in time for your appoinment. Your doctor will join you from there.

Click on the Start video call button below to begin a call. Click on the Test call button at any time to test your network and equipment and to check you can make a successful video call. If you are a service provider who is using Video Call for your consultations, click on the Staff login button.

Book your consult online via Health Engine or by calling the practice.

Telephone and Video appointments will be bulk billed for all Medicare/DVA card holders.

There may be a fee if you have to attend the practice as per our fees page.
