Registered Nurse
Fiona has been a Registered Nurse for 25+ years working in Operating theatres and the past 10 years in General Practice in Newtown, Sydney & now here at North Nowra Medical. She previously trained as a Mothercraft Nurse with Tresillian and worked with Tresillian Care Hospitals and Child care units for 10 years before training as a Registered Nurse with UTS - Sydney. Fiona is a caring and friendly member of our team.
Naomi
Practice Nurse | Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner | Registered Nurse
Naomi has been a Registered nurse for 27+ years . Specialised palliative care, community and defence force nursing. The last 15 years have been focused on Practice Nursing .Naomi is also an Accredited Nurse Immuniser. Qualified as a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner in 2019 , she is facilitating Shared Medical Appointments and providing support and education to our patients needing lifestyle modification . Her smiling face and calm nature ensure she is a valued member of our team.
Naomi is currently working remotely offering Care Plan phone consultations all the way from Canberra.
James
Registered Nurse
James graduated in 2021 from the Wollongong University with a Bachelor of Nursing degree, having previously worked in residential aged care for many years where he completed both a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Aged Care. With experience and interests in wound care and management, diabetes, asthma, dementia and Parkinson's care, as well as paediatric health, James focuses on providing person-centered and holistic care to improve health literacy and health promotion for patients. In his spare time James can be found drinking fancy tea, and spending time with his family.
Alex
Enrolled Nurse
Alex joined our practice in February 2024. She is currently working towards her RN qualifications. With a background as a Navy Medic, Alex has been a fantastic addition to our nursing team and continues to deliver exceptional care to all our patients.
